Los Angeles Trusts
1st Choice Roofing
Since 1998.
We deliver lasting, code-compliant roof installs, fast leak repairs, and proactive maintenance across single-family homes, multifamily, and commercial properties.
1st Choice Roofing was founded to deliver durable, code-compliant systems, combining building-science detail, LA permitting expertise, and manufacturer specs so your roof performs year after year.
Every project starts with listening. We scope the real problem, align to budget and timeline, a line-item plan, and a clean schedule. Our crews run tight sites, verify details, and document everything so your roof is built with precision.

Our Process
Clear steps. Thoughtful rhythm.
Collaborative flow.
We integrate all processes, oversee the team, and make key decisions to ensure the timeline and budget are seamlessly executed.
01Research
We take time to understand your lifestyle, values, and aspirations — gathering insights that guide every decision ahead. Through conversations, site visits, and contextual studies, we build a clear foundation for a space that reflects not just how you live, but how you want to feel in your home.
02Plan
As construction nears completion, Casa reviews the details to ensure everything aligns with our design vision. We then install furnishings and finishes—bringing your dream space to life.
03Design
In this creative phase, Casa Interiors develops floor plans, layouts, custom furnishings, and material suggestions. We present finishes, millwork details, and 3D visuals—collaborating closely to finalize every selection.
04Realize
As construction nears completion, Casa conducts a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail aligns with our design vision. We then install furnishings and finishing touches, transforming the space into your dream home.
