1st Choice Roofing Company will inspect and replace your Missing or loose shingles.Missing Shingles are indicative of poor material or craftsmanship. There are many factors that contribute to Missing Shingles. Poor craftsmanship, lack of nails, or storm damage can be the culprit. The age of the roof system as well as the brand of  material installed play a major role in  Loose Shingles. The weight of the material, such as a 30 year Timberline Shingle are more prone to give way and break loose from the nail heads.

As you can see in this example, there are quite a few shingles that are missing. The roof slope is steep as well which plays a role in the deterioration and the integrity of the shingle. This picture here indicates  there was inadequate nails placed into the roofing material for a large section fell off the house. Requiring a roof repair.

We can see some uplifting of the shingles which is indicative of storm damage. If the shingles had been installed correctly this would have not happened in the first place. There are few Roofing Companies who require their technicians to us a 4 nail pattern. The extra nails are a minimal cost, but the roofers do not want to take the extra time to use the correct number of shingle fasteners.

At 1st Choice Roofing, we are meticulous in how we install our shingles. All of our technicians follow the manufacturer’s recommendations as well as their guidelines. This extra care and attention to detail has served us as well as our customers well. If you install the shingles correct the first time around there will be a slim chance that you will ever have a complaint.

1st Choice Roofing is available 24/7 for all your roofing needs!
