A new roof may or may not be needed for it depends on how well the roof has weathered through out the years.
2. Will my old roof need to be removed?
In most cases the answer is YES. There are very few roofs that lay flat enough for a Re Roof.
3. What type of roof system should I have installed on my home or business.
This is where our knowledge and experience comes into action. We will educate you on all the roof systems available for installation on your home or business. As an educated consumer you will be able to decide.
4. Does your company give a warranty on materials and workmanship?
Yes, 1st Choice Roofing warranties all work. Manufacturers warranty all their materials from 10, 20, 25, 30, up to 50 years.
5. Will your company give me a Free Estimate?
We will give all of our customers a Free Estimate. Also, we will provide roof consultation free of charge.
6. How long does it take for a roof to be completed?
Most homes are completed within one day with weather permitting. Commercial roofs may take up to a week or two weeks for it is contingent upon how many square feet are in the roof’s substrate.
7. Can my roof be repaired?
Most roofs can be repaired by a knowledgeable Roof Technician. We provide our customers with a report on the condition and the life expectancy remaining in their existing roof system. You as the consumer decides whether are not to repair the old roof or have a new system installed.
8. Does your company handle insurance claims?
Our company specializes in insurance claims. We are very knowledgeable in the insurance claims dept. and a strong advocate for our customers. The staff at 1st Choice Roofing can handle your entire claim process upon request for no additional charge.
9. Will my shrubs, flowers, or grass be damaged?
The construction workers at 1st Choice Roofing places boxes, wood, and tarps on the grounds prior to the old roof removal to protect your yard. These measures taken prevent most mishaps and we will explore all options to protect your property when installing your roof.
10. How long does it take to get an associate from 1st Choice Roofing to evaluate my roof system?
