Hydro-Stop Cool Roof
This is an example of a Hydro-Stop roofing system. The roof is extremely white and it is Energy Star rated. This roof decreases the heat build up that occurs with other darker roof systems.
The Hydro-Stop system has a renewable 10 year warranty for the life of the roof system. As long as you apply a new layer of Top-Coat every 10 years, the warranty can be renewed through the Hydro-Stop manufacturer.

Duro-Last Roof System
The picture on the left shows an example of a roof with the Duro-Last roof system installed. The Duro-Last roofing material is very durable and is considered a cool roof system. This Commercial Roof system requires a roofing contractor to have excellent skills and knowledge.
The manufacture of Duro-Last warranties its material for 15 years in addition to our 10 year workmanship warranty. This roof system along with the Hydro-Stop roof system are the two we recommend at 1st Choice Roofing.
