The company Founder and CEO is Tony Neal. He has been in the roofing industry for the past 23 years. Tony has many years of experience and knowledge about commercial and residential roofing. His leadership and his ability to multitask has served his customers well. Tony is involved with every facet of the operation and procedures that involve 1st Choice Roofing. Tony is happily married to his lovely wife Melanie and is the father of 5 children, and 2 grand children.
Jeff Bratcher is the Lead Project Manager. Being a second generation roofer with a vast amount of experience in residential and commercial roofing, he has helped to establish 1st Choice Roofing in the Atlanta and Metro areas. He oversees the daily operation of sales as well as production. While his task are many, Jeff also completes all the final inspections on all roofs installed. Jeff is happily married to Kim and is the father of 2 children.
